It is not often that I stand corrected professionally. This was one of the rare occasions wherein I was happy upon being proven wrong. I had taken up the challenge of grooming Pritha who at some point started reporting directly into me. What initially seemed like an uphill task, turned into a very pleasant experience. it was wonderful having her by the side especially in times of crisis. Her ability to pick things up at a rapid pace and put in extra efforts whenever the situation would demand is incredible. I haven’t seen too many people who are as passionate about their profession and so deeply inclined towards languages and localization activities. I have seen her grow leaps and bounds throughout our association that lasted close to 3 years. Last but not the least, she’s also a wonderful human being and has very good values which are important characteristics to possess in the professional life. I wish her all the very best in all her present and future endeavors.
